Give customers a way to give feedback prior to a conversation by adding the app to the Messenger home.

You can show different surveys to different visitors or users based on display conditions. So you could show appropriate feedback requests to customers at particular stages of the customer journey. For example:

  • Website feedback for visitors

  • Product feature requests if they have read a specific article

  • Collect missing features if they have trialled but not signed up

These always-on surveys provide a great way for customers to provide feedback outside of survey requests.
