Getting Started with Projects in Wizu Prism

Learn how to organize and analyze your customer feedback with projects.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Welcome! When you first log in to Wizu Prism, you'll notice we've already created a project for you called "My Project". Let's explore what projects are and how to make them work for you.

What's a Project?

Think of a project as your container for all feedback about a specific product, service, or experience. It's where your AI analysis lives, and it can grow with you as you add more feedback over time.

Customizing Your First Project

That default "My Project" name isn't very descriptive, is it? Let's fix that:

  1. Click the Settings βš™οΈ icon next to your project name

  2. Type in something meaningful like "Hotel Guest Feedback" or "Support Team Surveys"

  3. Add a description to help your team understand what's in here

  4. Include some context about your feedback data to help the AI understand it better

Views & Lenses - Different Ways to See Your Data

Your project has several ways to look at the same feedback data:

  • Journey Map: See how customers experience different touchpoints

  • Dashboard: Get a high-level view of key metrics

  • Suggestions: Review AI-powered recommendations

  • Copilot: Chat with your data to uncover specific insights

Switch between these views using the top navigation menu.

Building Your Project Over Time

Keep adding feedback to see trends emerge:

  • Upload new survey responses anytime

  • Each upload adds to your existing analysis

  • AI maintains consistent categorization

  • Track changes over time in one place

Pro Tips

  • Use clear, descriptive project names

  • Add context about your customers and feedback type

  • Check different views for new insights
