Step by Step Guide
1. Choose Your File
Click Choose File and find your CSV. Don't worry about formatting - we work with most survey tools.
2. Smart Column Mapping
Our AI automatically detects:
Feedback text columns
Demographic data
Personal information to protect
Just review and adjust if needed.
3. Add Some Context
Help our AI understand your data better:
Add relevant tags like "hotel-review" or "support-feedback", or "2027 Q3"
Let us know about specific brands or terms to remove before being sent to AI
Processing a huge file? You can start with a sample to it works as expected.
4. Hit Submit!
Review everything and click Submit. You'll see:
How many responses we found
What we'll be analyzing
Any tags you've added
Track Your Progress
Watch your submission process in the Submissions section. You'll see:
Status updates
Number of responses processed
When it's ready for analysis
