What Are AI Suggestions?

Think of suggestions as your AI-powered to-do list. We analyze your feedback and create prioritized actions to improve your customer experience.

Getting Started with Suggestions

When you first open the Suggestions tab, you'll need to create your first request:

  1. Add any context that might help the AI understand your business better (optional)

  2. Click Create Request to start the analysis

The AI will take about 10-15 minutes to analyze your feedback and generate suggestions. We'll send you an email when they're ready.

Finding Your Suggestions

  1. Open your project

  2. Click Suggestions in the top menu

  3. You'll see actions sorted by timeline

Types of Actions

We organize suggestions into three timeframes:

  • Quick Wins: Things you can fix today

  • Medium-Term: Changes that need some planning

  • Long-Term: Bigger improvements for lasting impact

Each suggestion shows:

  • Priority score (how important it is)

  • Confidence level (how sure we are)

  • Expected impact (what difference it'll make)

Digging Deeper

Click any suggestion to see:

  • Why it matters to your business

  • How it compares to competitors

  • Which customers it affects most

  • Where it fits in your customer journey

Making It Work

Each suggestion comes with:

  • Practical next steps

  • Quick fixes for now

  • Long-term strategies

  • Implementation guidance
